Tax Returns - If you are self employed, a directors of a Limited company or have any income not taxed under PAYE you will need to file a tax return. We will help you file this but collating all the relevant information. Accounts for a partnership or a sole trader - You will need to prepare an income and expenditure set of accounts in order to calculate your profit for your tax return.
The shareholders own the company and the directors run the company. So in effect the shareholder entrusts the company to the directors to look after their company. It is the directors' responsibility to run the company in the interest of the shareholders. The director and the shareholders can be the same people and they may be company's themselves.
These are our preferred accounting software package. It's an online based accounting software which can be accessed from anyway and promotes paperless administration of your business. We provide a subscription with most of our service packages. We have partnered with Practice Ignition to streamline the engagement process.
