I moved over to Crunch as I feel I wasn’t getting everything I needed from my previous accountant.
Had set up a call w Crunch and the sales team were great offering a brilliant starter offer and explaining everything.
Once making the switch to Crunch and using them for a few months I found the system and software to be quite buggy and quite slow - there were simple things you couldn’t do such as delete an invoice that you had raised incorrectly.
When trying to contact for support and assistance in using the software I usually would have to wait on the phone for a while or email support where

Crunch have been really great for someone who is new at running a Ltd company. They offer the online accounting platform as their primary product, but every time I have gotten in touch with them and had questions (sometimes the same question again!), they have been really responsive and helpful. Based on my experience, I would highly recommend giving Crunch a go if you're running a business in the UK and especially if you're a new business owner! Top job!

Crunch is an absolute life-saver and the team there are amazing - they're always really responsive over email and you can set up a call with them whenever you need. Special thanks to George who answered 100s of my obvious questions today without making me feel like an idiot! Would definitely recommend using them if you're setting up as a sole trader or starting your own company - they really help unravel the complexity of your tax responsibilities and make it jargon-free!

I've been with Crunch for a few years now. I've sometimes felt a little bit forgotten, like it's just my monthly fee their after... but to be fair, whenever I actually need anything, they're really helpful. I had another call like that today, where Olivia ironed out something that would have taken me hours, just by getting on the phone with me and talking me through each step I needed to make. Super helpful and professional, and they know their stuff.

I was pretty nervous about setting up a company and moving from being a freelancer it's kind of a scary thing. But at a point I realised I couldn't freelance forever and figured I should set up as a limited company. I called Crunch on the advice of a friend. I was with Crunch accountants up until recently and would not recommend either. Customer service is terrible - emails never replied too, phone calls never returned etc. The reason I joined with an accountant in the first place was to get help and advice when I needed it and I've ended up having to research all the answers to my questions myself! Upon my research I came across another great online accountant who has been miles better so have moved over to them.

I've been with Crunch since I became self-employed a couple of years ago, and it was one the best decisions I made. The system is easy to use and they continue to add features to make it even simpler. The account managers and team of accountants behind it are great. When I've had questions, they've always been able to understand and resolve them in a timely fashion as well as teach me a little more about my account, too. Biggest win was passing over my interaction with HMRC on my account to Crunch, with a great saving (the stress doing it has gone!). Thank you Crunch.

I've been a Crunch customer for about 6 months and have been really happy with the service easy to use software and I love the fact I've got an accountant on the end of the phone. I hate accounting (it's why I switched degree courses many years ago!) so was pleasantly surprised by how easy it is. Good for a business newbie like me as all my (many) questions can quickly be sorted out over the phone :)
