Valentine is one of the best recruiters I have met! Good listener, efficient, patient, straight to the point and caring. First red flag was receiving an email in about 10,000 fonts which is unprofessional, unnecessary and not something I've seen in my entire professional career up-to-date. Decided to take a chance anyway as the role was of interest but then came the second, third and fourth red flag during the phone call. I felt like I almost came under accusation about the fact that I left my previous job due to lack of progression. I was then also asked whether I left my job on good terms which no recruiter (and I have dealt with a lot of them over the last few months) has asked me before, and after responding
