Ingeni was established in 2004 by Jonathan Davis, offering consultancy services to the retail motor trade. With a background in business to business sales, finance and insurance he specialised in supplying training and recruitment services to retail motor sector and supporting industries.
As training and human resources specialists and members of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, we developed the online compliance training system that became the Ingeni Training Academy.It is still the cornerstone of our compliance business today, and a benchmark for the industry.

Appointed Representative (AR) Status allows you to fulfil your compliance responsibilities as part of the ingeni network - you do not have to become directly regulated. We provide everything you need to ensure that your team is competent and compliant under FCA regulations. In some cases, it makes more sense to become Directly Regulated.
