We are a third-generation company owned by senior management and our board of 3 directors have a total of over 80 years of company experience combined. Originally founded as Trustland (Homes) Ltd in 1972 by Derek Barrington and Leslie Owens (Senior), the business has evolved throughout the years to reflect the diversification of various business investments.
In 1983 Trustland (Homes) Ltd became Trustland Construction Ltd following a boost in commercial based work, before re-branding once more to "The Trustland Group Ltd" after investing in the establishment of the sustainability business Recipro and the popular Chester restaurant and hotel The Coach House Inn.

Trustland have been appointed by numerous clients to fully manage their projects. We can undertake civil, structural, mechanical and electrical designs and also act as Principal Designer. Once design and specifications are complete Trustland are happy to manage the tendering process utilising our existing supply chain and any contract companies that our clients want to include.
Established in 2020 and backed by the professional resources of Trustland Construction, our special projects department was created to provide a dedicated and committed support service to our customers. Special Projects has the ability to provide the skills and experience of a large contractor including the highest quality construction management and standards of safety, with the flexibility, agility and responsiveness of a smaller contractor.
We are certified BM Trada Q-Mark for fire door installation, fire door maintenance and fire stopping installation, in addition to having certification for the fire protection of structural steel with Warrington Fire Firas. Passive fire protection (PFP) is an integral component of structural fire protection and fire safety in a building.
Our expert Glazing Manager, Danny McMillan, has a wealth of experience in the sector, allowing us to offer glazing services as part of a larger project, or as stand-alone jobs.
