With over 15 years experience in the building industry we pride ourselves on the quality of our work being done right the first time. Renovations and installation require paperwork and permits. As certified contractors, we know what papers need to be filed and what permits need to be obtained. Every house needs some repairs at some point.
Whether our clients are thinking of building a new project, extending an existing property or converting part of a property for another use we have the skills and knowledge to assist. Not only that but we can provide services that are in between. We have roofers - for all types of roof work. We carry out all works from foundation upwards including guttering and rendering, brick/blockwork.
We have design capability for CAD drawings and 3D design visuals. Our design work is a great tool to help you visualise an end product whether it be a new build, home changes of bespoke made furniture. We work with our Architectural and Interior Design team where we discuss with the client from concept to completion, creating innovative and functional spaces, ensuring a smooth delivery of the project on site.
We undertake all types of groundwork to suit our clients needs. We lay tarmac and carry out white lining if the project requires. We design layouts for all types of block paving and slabbing if the client is unsure of what will work for their project and carry out the work once it is decided on. Over recent years the more traditional grass- either turf or grass seed - has been replaced by clients requiring artificial grass.
We are used by property companies and supported accommodation to carry out essential and emergency work 24/7. This encompasses a variety of services and trades which vary from job to job. We also carry out larger projects for these clients.
