Services
These mixing and holding tanks were designed to make and deliver sugar syrup to a nut coating machine. All PLC controlled with heated jacketed tanks to keep the syrup at an optimum temperature. Both tanks are fitted with agitators, the first tank mixes, the second holds the product. The system works on an 'I'm empty feed me basis' from the coater machine.
Our experienced team provides a comprehensive service for all structural work where load bearing is required. This can include detailed discussions and site inspection with the customer to determine the optimum solution followed by a full structural engineering report prior to manufacture.

Kingspan is the world's leading provider of raised flooring solutions. Its fully automated manufacturing facility in Hull is capable of producing more than 170,000 floor panels a week. The company required a bespoke spot welding system for a hot adhesive line producing high end faced panels. The process required positioning of sheet steel blanks to chipboard panels after the application of a high grab adhesive.
In 2006, St Gobain Glass were presented by the then MP, David Cameron with the 'Business Commitment to the Environment' award, given in recognition of the plant's innovative flat glass cullet recycling scheme. The scheme sees Saint-Gobain Glass collecting and recycling its customers' cullet, lowering the company's consumption of raw materials by almost a quarter and reducing the energy consumption at the site by eight per cent.
