I have recently used Nelson Solicitors, (my solictor was Haidee Harriott) for the sale of my flat in London. A worry for all sellers as well as buyers is the speedwith which the various legal documents are dealt with. Not least because there was a stamp duty deadline hovering over this particular sale.
So if speed and professionalism is of importance (it always is) I can strongly recommend this company. The documents seem to have been dealt with instantly at all times. And yes, the buyers managed to save their stamp duty 😊

We have just completed on our flat sale and we used Nelsons having used them 4 years prior to purchase the flat. The service 4 years ago as well as now was great, we couldn’t fault it as they made the experience so easy.
