Our experienced team of staff members are fully trained in their respective fields and provide our children with the highest possible standards of learning & playing. Sarah Shepherd is the Manager & Owner of the Broadway Day Nursery who owns the nursery alongside her husband Nick Shepherd.
They have two young boys so know just how important it is for a parent to trust the people who are caring for their child and be confident that their child is receiving the best start in terms of their learning and development.Sarah is the manager of the nursery and is qualified to level 7 in several different Early Years qualifications.

We have four large colourful attractive rooms within our nursery that are dedicated to the children to help them grow as individuals as well as play & learn with friends. Our Bunnikins Room is designed for our babies aged between 6 - 15 months and is led by Auntie Kerry and supported by Auntie Sarah & Auntie Claire.

My Daughter attended here for 2 years. Previously I'd tried her at two other Nurseries but I was never happy with their standards. Broadway is very well run by Sarah and she is very flexible when she can be. The team around her are fantastic too and it's more like a little Family where they seem to genuinely care and take care of the Children. My Daughter has come on leaps and bounds socially and educationally and I really couldn't recommend enough. The only tiny gripe is I would have liked a slightly healthier menu but that being said she only attended 2 days a week so I never saw what was served

Our boy has been coming to broadway for 2 years now and he absolutely loves it , he adores the aunties and has made some long lasting friends whilst being here,it has been lovely to watch him grow and progress through the rooms and the girls have always been so supportive and helpful with everything to do with his development and things we have… been struggling at home with always offering ideas and support when needed. He comes home daily telling us about things he has learnt , teaching us sign language , spelling his name and his daddies too, we can not thank you all enough for the love

My little girl started nursery just over two months ago and initially really struggled to settle in. Sarah and all the aunties were so supportive and tried so many different ways to help make the transition easier for her. From tailoring activites to suit and distract her, increasing her days, letting her bring toys from home etc. Everybody went… well and beyond what i could ever have expected. Two months in, she has (finally!!) settled and absolutely loves nursery. She is no longer the little girl who cries for her mummy but instead a very confident and happy little girl. She has come on

Hayden has just left Broadway Day Nursery to go to school, being there from 6 months. You cannot fault what the staff have done for Hayden over the years and he has enjoyed every moment (quite embarrassing when he didn't want to come home!) Sad to have left as Sarah and Nick continue to bring the nursery into this century with massive improvements all ready being made, but I know as Hayden starts his next chapter he has been well prepared !!
