Upon arrival the grandeur of the property was apparent. We were originally called in by a construction company who were carrying out some landscaping at the property and were asked to isolate/make safe some supplies that were feeding some exterior lighting within a flower bed.

C&G were approached by the nominated M&E contractor to propose a package for the electrical CAT.B fitout at an entire floor of an office building on Cannon Street, this site was on the 5th floor and access was restricted.A lift was available was in constant use. C&G elected to start works early in the mornings to maximise the use of the lift and we were supported by our wholesaler who agreed to make delivered as a first drop.
