Our Company has been using Regents for over 14 years and we have had nothing but efficient and professional service from every Branch!
Their rates are always competitive and they go over and above to get our orders to us on a deadline. 10 out of 10 always 👍
Thank you from everyone at

Appalling 'service', at the Cranham Branch this morning.
Had to wait 15 minutes to be served while one chatted to a friend about his weekend, while the other deemed three telephone calls were more important than someone who had bothered to come into the store.
When I was actual acknowledged, my purchase was refused on the basis it was under the limit for debit cards. OK, that I can just about understand, but then to be told to go and get some money out or don't bother comingback, was disgraceful.
I will always support my local businesses, but when I am treated like this, you can shove it.
