We are a relaxed family run wedding venue, set amongst beautiful rolling farmland in the heart of West Sussex. Our magnificent Main Barn has stood proudly on the farm for over 400 years and in that time has had many agricultural uses but is now exclusively available to you, to celebrate the biggest day of you life!
The barn held its first wedding over twenty years ago. The day was so spectacular that it inspired the then bride to open the venue to others, so they too, could enjoy the wonder of the barn and the surrounding countryside. Services
We are not a conveyor belt wedding venue and provide the perfect setting for Wedding ceremonies and/or reception celebrations. Every wedding is special to us and therefore we give you the time you need to create your very own, bespoke, dream day. We predominantly hold Saturday weddings, allowing couples time to set up and dismantle in a relaxed, unpressurised environment.
Yes we do. Ceremonies for up to 120 guests can be held in either the main barn (120 seated), The Long Room (75 seated) or The Gallery (40 Seated). We have a long list of carefully selected recommended caterers which we require you to use. No, we are strongly opposed to corkage and therefore we do not charge any corkage and caterers are not allowed to charge corkage either.
We rarely have any late availability at Fitzleroi Barn. Our policy of only having one wedding per weekend means that dates get booked up pretty quickly, especially mid Summer dates. However, if you'd rather not wait and would like to get married as soon as possible, we have one date that has suddenly become available in 2021!

For couples who don't live within the Benefice of Fittleworth and Stopham, under Church law, couples must establish what is known as a 'qualifying connection'. This involves them appearing at church on a Sunday once a month for a minimum six-month period. It's very light touch and couples who do come to a Sunday service will find a very friendly welcome.

Fitzleroi Barn is a fantastic setting for a wedding. We recently got married in July 2021 and I can honestly say that we had the time of our lives. The staff at the venue were very helpful and attentive on the build up and the venue its self offered ample space both inside and outside for our guests. The contractors they recommended were excellent, matching the fantastic service of those at Fitzleroi.
