We are a London based team of award winning Building and Environmental Services Consultants. Our practice was founded in 2009 by three consultants with long established experience on a wide range of project types and sizes. We aim to provide a fully coherent and pragmatic solution; blending building services with cost, buildability and aesthetic requirements.

We strongly believe in our full responsibility for design, where we will ensure that the building meets the user's requirements to the highest extent, and works to the highest efficiency possible. We endeavour to tailor and detail the services and our proposals to the particular needs of the client and the building.
We often make use of 3D CAD to produce details and entire models to ensure that the mechanical and electrical services will fit within the building. This also provides the architect with more information on the space required for the M&E services, and at an earlier stage in the process.
Building Model: Where a building layout is complicated we will often produce a 3D model of the building to allow us to understand the various adjacencies and to allow us to design the service routes through the building.Shading Analysis: Where required we produce 3D models to allow us to carry out a shading analysis of the building.

With over 35 years experience in the building services industry, Bart specialises in the design of low energy and sustainable buildings. Through his time he has worked on several award winning buildings. His other specialist area is the control of building services and producing a number of expert witness reports for building services.
We are looking for young and bright engineering graduates to work together with us on a variety of interesting projects. The right person will be highly creative, keen to learn and apply knowledge, and be willing to take on a wide range of roles and responsibilities. You will need to be articulate and be able to discuss your ideas with clients, other professionals and contractors.
