Recently had a set of bifold doors for a summer house. They arrived with Pyramid profiles stickers. We later found out they were manufactured by another company who make pyramids products.
The builder has fitted them poorly and without due care as you can see by the pictures below. We tried to contact Pyramid profiles on multiple occasions regarding the poor fitment and substandard quality of the bifold doors from the manufacturer. We've had limited replies and no genuine interest to solve the issues from Pyramid.
They have taken no responsibility and have tried to wash their hands of the issue

So we engaged a builder to replace our bifold doors, and he had them made by Pyramid.
We waited an age for them to come because of a glass shortage, when we took delivery of them we could tell. and so could the guys fitting them that the colour was nowhere near what they should have been.
They looked orange instead of the rosewood they should have been sprayed.
So our builder contacted Pyramid to try and sort it out, not only did they ignore his emails and phone calls for weeks, when they did engage with him they denied that the colour was wrong, we have since had the doors take away to be re
