These guys are insults to cowboys. At least cowboys don't turn up after saying they will. These guys won't even answer your calls.
We ordered £24k worth of windows on the 31st march and still hasn't been fitted mid September. The receptionist answers calls and you never get a call back. Never answer emails. You go see them face to face and they are nice but ignor you soon as you leave the premises.
The took the deposit and sayy they will fight you in court if you want it back. Absolute CONMEN. AVOID AT ALL COST.

At first Pelsall seem like a reliable company we placed an order and that's when the all the mess started ,no communication of when we would receive our windows and door not even a update on if it was gonna be late or not , I would have to chase them up myself and still it was 4 months over due. Im extremely disappointed in the company. When they came out they still messed the job up and I'm still waiting on them to fit all the mistake and finish the job off and no answers for 2 monthd now, I wouldn't recommend to anyone.

This company is a joke . They cannot get any of the measurements correct.
First they started putting in the bathroom windows which are 4" to small then the patio doors can't have glass fitted to them because the glass was way to big to fit in the frames .
If you are thinking of getting windows think twice before you have this company.
