AVOID this company at all costs!! They are absolute scam artists who take your money and don't supply the correct product or parts. My house was fitted throughout with new windows, doors, bifolds and a lantern light from these people and it has been hell from start to finish. Daily promises to deliver the missing parts and they still haven't. How they can lie so easily and expect customers to wait in all day just to buy themselves more time is shocking. Terrible experience. If you're thinking of using them please don't!

Not honoring the their promised 10 year warranty on my windows and doors. The composite front door is terrible. Stopped responding to my emails and provided no service since receiving all my money. Don't believe their lies ☹
I will edit my review when you change my door and not earlier. You have my contact details.
Still waiting for these crooks to contact me and honour their 10 year guarantee. Do not buy from them unless you want to give your money away. Better to give it to a charity rather than these crooks.

One of the worst companies I’ve ever dealt with.
We got I will double glazing windows and new composite door from G&B windows. One of the worst decisions I have made. Very unprofessional, deceitful and pure liars right form the beginning.
The first time they came to do the installation, they broke three window glasses during installation process. They also threw the old window frames from the upstairs bedroom and broke the roof tiles over the entrance door which they didn’t even tell us about (as it was being refurbished and we weren’t living there. Only builders were present at the property

I used this company for my house and my in law house. Quality was branded both Profile- Eurocell and Glass - Pilkington. The fitters were well qualified and work done beautiful. They delayed for a week as they have large customer base but I am happy with the end result. They also give me separate number in case of any problem with FENSA certificates for warranty. I have seen the reviews below, in all the bad reviews they were creating money issue with the company. So if someone need good service and quality you have to pay aswell, they are not charity organisation.
