I purchased a van from Tim for approx. £7,000 on 27th April 2021. When I originally looked round the van a couple of minor issues were picked up and I was given the assurance they would be rectified during the vehicle preparation process. I gave Tim a deposit and a couple of weeks to prepare the vehicle prior to collection. When I arrived on the day we had agreed for collection, he apologised for not having had time to wash and clean, let alone valet the van, as we had apparently arrived ‘early’!
