Great service from Adam at Bexhill Motors. My car had packed up and I was in desperate need of a new one. We were left to our own devices to have a look round, but Adam was there if we had any questions and opened the car up for us to have a look by ourselves. There's no hard sale which I really liked, I can't stand it when you feel pushed into something. Adam was more than happy for me and my partner to go off for a test drive and when I decided to purchase the car he kept me updated with each stage. Would definitely recommend Bexhill Motors!

I know nothing about cars but my fiance and myself bought a Tiguan from this establishment and we could not be happier with our car. Adam was professional and courteous but more importantly he was informative. I cannot recommend Adam and all of the staff here highly enough; there was no swearing or any of the typical garage style nonsense. I know that as a woman I can come here in the future for servicing and MOTs and not feel overwhelmed or intimidated. Adam is really nice and helpful along with being professional and let's you take your time with no hard selling.
I test drove my car twice and Adam was more than helpful and left me to it, bur answered all my queries.

Bexhill Motors are fantastic! I would highly recommend to anyone buying a car. Adam was amazing at contacting me and keeping me up to date with everything when purchasing our car. I had never brought a car on finance before but everything was explained to me making the process so much easier. I will definitely be getting my MOT done there as well. Could not fault them in any way.

We arrived to dealership to find a beautiful display of vehicles for sale. Myself and my Dad walked around looking at various car models and spotted a couple that I liked. Then we fpund a Honda Jazz and basically myself and my Dad said this is really nice. A salesman called Adam approached us and offered to unlock the car so we could have a look and we did just that. Adam was so professional and friendly and really a joy to deal with. We recently purchased a Mercedes Benz from here we came all the way from Bolton to Eastbourne to collect it. The car was totally worth the long journey. Really impressive car and the customer service by Toby was 5 star. He helped us all the way to the end and made sure we was happy. Even messaged us to check we arrived safely. Will definitely recommend.

I dealt with Toby from Bexhill Motors, I picked up my car on Saturday and LOVE it. Toby was extremely helpful and replied to me instantly whenever I had a question. Second car just purchased, first a Fiat 500, lovely little car, great service from Adam to get it ready as quick as he did, as we were somewhat in need of a replacement. Year down the line with no problems it was time for a change. Found what we wanted lurking at the back of the showroom awaiting prep. Adam again has done the business and we have got a good deal on a rather sinister looking black Juke. 😈

Just purchased our Ford Ecosport from Bexhill Motors and we couldn’t be happier! After 5 years with a Citroen C1 (also purchased from this garage) it was time to get something a bit more family friendly.
James… and his team took the time to listen to what we needed from a car and make recommendations accordingly. Unquestionable customer service that comes from years in the business!

I have no good things to say. Very dissappointed in the bad service, and nasty treatment we recieved.
Poor customer service, infact down right rude. Bad mechanical skills as far as repairing and maintaining the cars.
We have always liked to buy cars from local dealers to help the economy in our local area but never again. We were treaed like dirt, and mislead throughout, until finally involving an independant legal body.
This company is living proof of why car salesmen have such a bad reputation, DO NOT GIVE THEM

I would definitely recommend Bexhill Motors. I purchased a 307cc in May 2012.
Firstly the vehicle was fairly priced which I felt more than happy to pay. As agreed when purchased a mot and service was carried out to the vehicle I decided to buy.
The customer service was A *.
I had a few minor issues which were rectified straight away and covered by the warranty.
I will be looking to downsize soon and will be be returning back to Bexhill Motors.

I bought a car from there, the sales staff were ok, but then they have to be when they are trying to get your money, but the person I dealt with when returning the car with a couple of relatively minor faults, was the rudest person I have ever dealt with, I think the attitude is to get rid of you once they have sold you a car and to stop you coming back, a very basic and old technique. Study the warranties, luckily I didn't take the extended option, the standard warranty I got is in reality totally worthless.
