Set up your business, complete all registrations, advice on grants/ start up loans, commercial rental agreements, employment contracts, required insurance, etc. Do or set up Online bookkeeping, invoice chasing, scanning, reconciliation and other solutions saving you time and costs. Ensure that you are compliant with the Tax law as well as providing advice on H&S, Employment law and other regulations.

Keep control through regular Management Accounts showing profitability, budgets, forecasts. Develop performance indicators and set up early warnings for poor performance, suggest the best systems to monitor performance. Prepare forecasts and Financial Statements that will get asset finance/ commercial mortgages/ improve credit rating.
