I cannot describe the endless amount of hardships experienced in using this excuse of an accountancy firm. anyone can pay to be prioritized in a google search. that doesn't make them any better of a service provider.
I have found that I constantly need to nag and chase for things to be completed before their deadlines. After being assured that my self assessment had been submitted on time, I found that a while later I have received a fine from HMRC for late submission.
you will find the evidence in that they constantly have to move office and change phone numbers. the turnover of accountants
