This can cause problems when that person dies as information may well be out of date. Phil, Carla, and Brenda are specialists in matters relating to wills, probate, trusts and inheritance tax planning so don't leave it any longer - give them a call.
To put it bluntly, when you die the Government can take 40% inheritance tax of almost everything you owned over 325,000. This includes any assets such as property, cash in bank accounts, foreign assets, and any assets that you have given away in the past seven years. There are some exemptions to this rule such as if you leave your assets to your spouse, a civil partner or a charity.

I received very prompt response and service at Lings. What I particularly liked was the time taken to understand my needs. Discussions were in a straight forward understandable manner. Correspondence dotted the I's and crossed t's in the mail as required and email otherwise which suited me. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Phil and the team.
