End of tenancy clean not done to the standard specified on the website - floor not hoovered, oven extractor not cleaned and no final check done to ensure job had been done properly. Inadequate effort then made to rectify the problem. Our landlord ended up having to do some of the cleaning himself.

Paid £168 for the after building clean as they were advertised as specialists. Wasn’t pleased with the quality of work, called Nicola to discuss who didn’t let us speak and just shouted at us down the phone and then hung up!

It was a big ask as the property is a large full refurbishment clean. The girls were amazing, worked really hard and left everything to a near sparkle level. Looking forward to getting them back once final works are complete to do the final sparkle. Would highly recommend.xx
