Overall, the cleaning (end of tenancy) was satisfactory -- a few surfaces were not wiped upon our quick check, but the cleaners stayed on site for touch ups. When we had a chance to inspect further later on, we noticed a few extra pieces were missed, like the skirting throughout the flat. It was a quick fix on our end, so not a big deal.
Beyond the cleaning itself, we experienced several issues that ultimately led to 2 star rating. Most notably, a substantial share of our cleaning products from our cabinet were most certainly taken by the cleaners, which I think is a major breach of professional
