I used Touchwood Solicitors for a sale and purchase. Nadeem was very helpful and gave me advice even before I had committed with them.

We sold a property with Nadeem and were extremely disappointed when we realised he hid a £2280 fee into the contract. We were charge a further £600 on top for his work (which we were happy to pay). This was a cash sale with no searches. So he charged almost £3000 for transferring the title across. Whilst we trusted him as he had done a few property purchases for us we realised after that he took our trust as an opportunity to profit whilst we lost money on the sale.
