Can't thank Gemma,Emma&Donna enough for their help and assistance through the whole process. It was very daunting for me,but they always made me feel at ease, due to the pandemic, things were postponed but I was always kept updated and felt at ease. Any person looking for a good Family Solicitor, do not ever approach this Law Firm.They do not care about their Clients! It does not matter one bit to this Law Firm, how serious you situation is and circumstances are, they will abandon you with utter disdain by letting you rot in your problems. This Law Firm played with me, lied to me and did not care about my situation. I will never ever forgive this disgusting Law Firm. I have pure hatred and contempt for this useless disorganisation. Absolutely shocking solicitors!!You have to chase them for court documents that by law is entitled to! You should at least know why you have a notice of hearing and what the case is about. Avoid at all cost! Bunch of time wasters. Very unhelpful and will keep passing you around to get a reason why you are taken to court! Wish I could give zero star

I called Greens back in July, where a trained solicitor Donna dealt with me straight away, offering advice. Throughout my court hearing. I dealt with a number of solicitors (Donna, Pia, David & Matthew) whom were all extremely professional and understanding at all times. Always dealing with all my enquiries as a matter of urgency & returning my calls promptly. I cannot praise them enough. Very professional. I would offer more then 5* if I could. Waste of time and space. My appointment was at 4pm today and after half an hour I finally got someone who openly admitted she only read my case 10 mins before she went into the room. Not only that, she had the nerve to tell me she did not want to discuss property, which was the reason I was there! She just wanted to introduce herself and swap a few paperwork. Talk about time wasting and wanting money. Thank god she said I wouldn't pay for this session, but who is going to pay me for the hours I was meant to be in work? Or the car park? She didn't even look sincere when she said she was embarrassed

I recently changed family solicitors due to mine closing down for better pastures. At first I wasn't sure about Greens Solicitors, as I have never used them before. Straightaway I noticed how friendly and very understanding they are towards my case. Mr. Ham was very honest with me and through talking to him my confidence grew for green solicitors. Very disappointed. Val hewertson was our mediator and very disappointed in how the session ended. I was told in our 1st session we would come to arrangements about certain points and neither of them was adhered to. Overall it was a waste of money and time and would've been better off putting the money towards going to court.
