Lilliput Lane Nursery is a small privately owned day nursery providing high quality child care for children aged six weeks to five years. Babies and young children learn at their own pace in a safe and nurturing environment.
At the age of 3 years about 80% of the brain is developed, rising to about 90% at 5 years. Then, from the age of about 8 years, the brain will dump those connections which have not been used leaving those which have been used at the level which will remain for the rest of the child's life. The future success of your child is dependent upon these earliest stages of brain development.

From the first time I spoke to Anne, this wonderfully passionate woman has gone above and beyond her role to not only make my son feel comfortable in the nursery environment, but myself as well. Being a younger mother I had much anxiety about seeking a nursery placement for my little boy, however Anne and the staff at Lilliput Lane have been consistent in treating me with respect and have become one of my main sources for parental advice.
As the children arrive in the morning, the emphasis is on settling them into the nursery environment. By about 9.00am the children are in their own groups and are ready to begin activities. There are planned activities in each room which all the children are invited to join in. Mid-morning break is usually at around 10.00am.

Great nursery, my boy went here for 3 years and was perfect away from home care as Nursery is perfect size for children to interact with each other and not too big that he could hide! He started a quiet shy boy and left a very confident young man. Owner and staff are great with the kids I would recommend this as a must go and see if you are looking for child care!
