At Motis Estates, we can either assist with an appraisal at your property with one of our experienced team members or alternatively if you wish for an accurate instant valuation, Our Instant Valuation Tool utilises data from the Land Registry and market trends to provide a valuation for either sales or lettings.

We needed a HTB survey and couldn’t find a surveyor willing to complete the report but Kris stepped in and was wonderful. He worked around us as much as possible and turned around the report super quick. Like anything, you get what you pay for and whilst the survey wasn’t cheap, it does offer excellent value. Would highly recommend. Very professional also.

I dealt with Kris Foster at Motis Estates and I can’t recommend him and Motis Estates highly enough.
Kris helped me with 2 htb surveys and a desktop valuation after my sale dragged over 9 months. Needless to say it was a stressful sale but Kris at Motis Estates was unbelievably helpful in progressing the valuation when the completion date was moved back at the last minute

We just bought a property via Motis and their part of the transaction went really smoothly. Jamie showed us around first and was so helpful, responsive, and friendly. Kris was extremely professional and very quick to respond to all questions. He came out within a couple of days of contacting him and had the valuation completed very quickly. He was also extremely fast in getting an extended valuation over due to the original expiring.

I have enjoyed a very good responsive, professional and friendly service with Motis. Meghan looked after me so well. She replied to all my concerns or queries and always kept me in the loop with works being undertaken, etc. Meghan represents Motis extremely well. She provides a First Class service every time.
