I can't recommend this company enough. I hate salesmen and their patter but there was none of that. We were left to look over a car and test drive it by ourselves. The chap was friendly and helpful and they went out of their way to get the car ready for my daughter so she could get to work as a carer. They even put a new set of tyres on even though it only needed one. When it came to collection my husband had tested for covid so couldn't come to finalise things but I felt comfortable doing this and at no point felt I was being spoken down to (as can happen in garages to women). Only early days

I left an enquiry on a vehicle I was interested in viewing and was soon contacted by Steve from Cruze Motors , had a very positive chat and arranged to see the car , met by Steve who handed us the keys and gave us plenty of time to look over and was on hand to answer any questions absolutely no pressure , took car for a test drive and sealed a perfect deal with a part exchange , such a friendly dealer and everything was planned ready to collect in a few days , vehicle was presented fully valeted and even a little extra I spoke about , Steve put me in touch with a local company to arrange fitting
