Went to view a van yesterday on the forecourt having travelled a 6 hour round trip in total to see the van. Before i left i made it clear to the owner that if there was anything wrong with the vehicle to make it clear as i was coming from a long way, all was fine apparently.
Upon arrival the vehicle was in great condition aesthetically and was generally a really nice example of a van of this age. Having jumped in it to take it for a test drive I put my foot on the clutch and it sank to the floor like a knife into warm butter. Quite clearly the clutch had no more than a few hundred miles left in
