Key Plant purchases the entire rental fleet from Sneep Industries (fomerley Traffo Rent) in the Netherlands. Key Plant further invests in it's in-house capabilities portfolio, with the purchase of a polyurethane (PU) production facility in the UK. Key Plant design and manufacture an extensive range of welding rotators and tank turning rolls from 100kg to 2000ton and beyond. Our welding rotators, tank turning rolls and pipe rollers maximise safety, minimise handling, boost productivity and enhance the consistency & welding quality of cylindrical vessels.
Our heavy duty, built to last conventional rotators are designed and manufactured to tolerate the hardest, hard-wearing and unrelenting workload environments. The powered drive units are controlled by a five-function pendant with a variable speed potentiometer, giving the operator full control of the rotating workpiece.
Key Plant's well-built and rugged self aligning rotators offer an engineering upgrade to our standard conventional rotator models. Engineered to make automated adjustments to accommodate the rotation of workpieces with various weights and diameters. Our self aligning rotators further enhance; operator safety, productivity, weld quality and reduce worker fatigue.
