Absolutely fantastic service from all at Edison Ford ! Especially Becky who was totally brilliant!
I cannot recommend Becky enough, she truly was there at every step and even when we faced difficulties with our application she was always there to help.
All questions were answered quickly and efficiently nothing was too much trouble for Becky ! I totally recommend Edison Ford for any Mortgage and insurances, thank you also to Steve who sorted our insurance out with no hassle too!

Excellent service from everyone at Edison Ford, used them for many years as both my letting agent and the selling agent. I worked with the Edison Ford team to sell my first home, and they were awesome! Being a first time home seller, I was unfamilar with the process and they explained everything thoroughly and were always happy to answer any questions. The Edison Ford team arranged the new EPC certificate and all the listing documentation really quickly. I was also really impressed with the photographer who took the brilliant listing pics and prepared a 3D virtual walk through - I'm sure this was a huge reason my house sold so quickly in the current (covid) environment. The sales team pre-qualified the potential

Tanya's efforts throughout the process is what earns Edison Ford 5*s from us. We had a bumpy sale/purchase but throughout she did everything she could to corral the chains (yes, both of them!) into completion. She was very responsive (aside from one lost email but that was quickly resolved) and for the most part was the best informed person in the process. Without her encouragement I'm not sure the other agents would have spoken at all! Huge thanks go to her for helping us move!
