We bought our retirement apartment through Alan Cooke's and because of our experience asked them to market our house for us. Jeremy and Nicola did a totally professional job for us and basically held our hands all the way to completion. They dealt with every aspect of the sale for us and were in constant communication particularly during the "wobbly" times! We originally had our flat with much larger agents who struggled to sell it. We spoke to different people each time, and each time we had to remind them which was our property, and their answer was to just keep dropping the price. Alan Cooke Estate Agents (not the same as Alan Cooke Sales and Lettings) are a well-established, experienced, old school estate agent. Based on Moortown corner, they have excellent knowledge of the surrounding market. They also have good connections with potential buyers within both commercial and private sectors.
