Ole Ole Tapas is a family run authentic Spanish tapas bar and restaurant in the heart of the historic city of Lincoln. We are a busy, exciting and vibrant restaurant always trying to bring a slice of Spain to Lincoln through our food and service. Catering for everyone from large families and staff parties to couples and friends looking for something a little different.
Established in the summer of 2013, Ole Ole Tapas was the brainchild of both Amador and Alison bringing their expertise and decades of experience of the catering industry to flourish in their very own tapas restaurant. Originally born in the Canary Island of Lanzarote (where the family originally came from) their daughter and both sons decided to join their family venture and follow in the footsteps of their parents and grandparents.

We had a fantastic meal for my sons 5th birthday. We dropped off a cake and balloons the day of the meal and the staff had the table ready. During the meal the cake was brought to the table and everyone sang… happy birthday. My son was made to feel very special. The food was amazing (as always) and the service was amazing. Thank you so much for helping us to make special memories!

Large menu and super quick and friendly service but some of our dishes were really not nice. The paella was particularly bad, tasted so fishy and the meat and fish in it not fresh at all. The aubergine was pretty tasteless when you didn't get and overly sweet hit of honey. The calamari was pretty good, but the chorizo in wine, bacon wrapped dates and the blue cheese croquettes were all delicious. We did complain about the paella and it was rectified by taking it off the bill as we'd barely eaten it. Overall OK but this was my third visit (first time in the new venue) and pretty disappointed.

Great atmosphere and amazing service. We had dinner for two with drinks, tapas and desserts. The size of the tapas is on the small side(think this is implied thou) and you need at least two per person. Desseerts we had were both hommade and were amazing! Service is next level, they will ask you how is the food and if they can help with aomething and are verry attentive. Serving ia so fast that we had our drinks before evwn finiahing the order and that was so inpressive. Deffinetly worth the visit!

One of my favourites in Lincoln. Food is always tasty and moresome. The tapas are a decent size for money and it's all made fresh. They also have so many gluten free and dairy free options it's extremely convenient for me to eat here! I recommend the sangria and if you like sherry, the Pedro Ximenez is to die for! The staff are friendly, helpful and polite. I can't rave about it more!

Everything from the moment we came in to the restaurant was perfect - from super friendly staff to the stunning food - we went for a wide mix of dishes on the tapas - bacon wrapped dates are my highest recommendation - and every dish that came out was superb. With the restaurant being run by a Spanish family you can really tell in the cooking!
100% will be returning here and would recommend to anyone.

Went randomly with my husband for dinner when on a trip near Lincoln and had the happiest most heavenly dining experience.
The owner and the full staff are so friendly and down to earth, you can actually feel like family and you’re guaranteed to have fun and enjoy the warm merry Mediterranean vibes of this place.
The food was so mouth watering, we had tried 4 tapas; steak with blue cheese, patatas bravas, calamari, and paella in addition to the rice pudding and they were all meticulously prepared and served. My favorites were the hot rich flavored steak with blue cheese tapas and the rice pudding

We called in at the last minute 9pm) having not booked a table and the restaurant looked pretty full. We were asked if we could come back in 15 minutes and we should get a table.
We went for a quick drink and came back after 15 mins and we were so glad we did. The food was excellent, the base tapas we've ever had, probably the best meal we've had in a long time. The food was excellent and the service was really good too.
When we asked questions the staff could answer knowledgeably with recommendations and they were really friendly.
