Services
To help share your child's development and to make communicating with parents informative and easy, our Parent App is available to download from the App Store or Google Play. We let you know about 'golden' moments like painting or exploring their environment and learning through play. It also makes it easier to keep track of your finances, the account section of the app holds all the details of your invoices, receipts and account balance.
As a small chain of day nurseries, we give each setting its individual care and attention to ensure it thrives; however we believe it is our passionate practitioners who really make our settings. My 2 year old has attended this nursery for nearly a year now. And has been in both the baby room and now the toddler room. I cannot fault them, the staff are fantastic as is the manager and have been nothing but great and helpful with any issues. Frankie (the manager) and her staff all go above and beyond for our family and I can’t thank them enough!

I had left a good review before but editing it as i had just found out they did absolutely nothing with my son even though he had a 1 to 1.Said they did certain things with him and have nothing to show for meaning they didn't. If you want your child to receive proper education i wouldn't advise you to put your child in this nursery especially if they need a little extra help!!!!. Glad i took him out! Too full and not enough staff. More concerned about their "business" than the kids.

Amazing Staff, go above and beyond for you aswell as your child. Have really helped me more than they know and my sons not fully even started yet! They are amazing with him and his going to progress so much being there, they really do know what they are doing and ive not met one member of the team who isnt so welcoming and kind. Wouldnt look anywhere eles. Thank you Twizzle Tops team! Xx

Staff are very friendly! Lovely knowing most if not all (to memory) are long standing staff members as this speaks volumes on quality of workplace and teamwork.
I love that this nursery is situated in nature where kids are exposed to nature too.
Compared to other places I looked at I feel Twizzle Tops is best value because it’s 12hrs of care with meals and snacks and nappy changing - I can only speak for full days. Not to mention , all this with the friendly professionalism makes it priceless.
Most importantly, my boy has found it so easy to bond with staff and settling in impressively well

My daughter started here in March and I was really nervous to leave her for the first time. The teams were lovely and welcoming. Things started feeling wrong when she moved to the toddler room. It's a bit too big and too full. Staffing turnover is high. Decided to pull her out after a few things gave us the impression she wasn't getting much interaction and didn't really want to go

We went to see twizzle tops last week as my son will be turning 3 soon. After seeing a few nursery’s local to the area I was left feeling slightly disappointed but as soon as we turned up here, Frankie the nursery’s manager put my mind at ease straight away. The positivity and passion she has for the nursery is infectious. You can see the children and staff were all happy. We especially liked how the nursery were very in touch with nature and spend most days exploring wat Tyler. Security is on point and my little boys seemed comfortable from the off. My son absolutely loves being at Twizzle Tops, he settled in so quickly and the staff were extremely attentive to his needs from the get go. At Twizzle Tops, the staff make you feel like your child is the only child that they have there all day. My son is extremely happy to go in and spend the day there, and enjoys being with his friends, having fun, going for walks, learning new things, and just being able to do something different after the restrictions of the past year. I was very nervous about choosing a nursery for my son as he has additional needs, so I really wanted to make sure I found the perfect one for him. After doing some research and then speaking to the manager Frankie and Sen support teacher Tracy, I was immediately put at ease.
Since my son has been going to Twizzle tops his speech and communication has come along really well. We gets lots of support from the nursery, from general progress updates to one plan meetings and even help with his EHCP for when he starts school, I can not praise the nursery enough for all the help and support they have

I cannot praise this nursery enough. OUTSTANDING!
My daughter has been at the nursery just over 6 months and she is thriving. The staff are absolutely brilliant and the nursery manager is fantastic. So caring, thoughtful, meticulous.
My daughter has additional needs and the nursery has always been so accommodating.
The premises are clean, and I love the new location. I love seeing all the activities the children get up to. My daughter is always happy, which is reassuring when I'm at work. The communication is always clear and efficient. I can go on and on. No regrets with placing my daughter
