Noy & Partners is a long-established firm of accountants which has operated for over 50 years in Eastwood. We provide essential business support and accountancy services to a wide range of businesses and individuals in the East Midlands. We have recently relocated off the high street onto the Eastwood Business park, a modern office environment providing essential transport links to the M1 corridor.
Our aim is to provide an efficient service in preparing financial accounts for all types of businesses. We prepare accounts for all types of businesses ranging from Sole traders, Partnerships, and Limited companies. This can take the form of a simple Income and Expenditure account to a combined Trading, Profit and Loss account and balance sheet to the full statutory accounts required for a limited company.
Our aim is to provide our clients with a general understanding of the UK tax system and their responsibilities both as a business and individual to ensure compliance with tax legislation and to mitigate tax liabilities through efficient tax planning. We take away the burden of calculating the corporation tax liability for businesses together with the completion of the company tax return.
We can accommodate all client's bookkeeping requirements which can vary from providing on-site software installation and training, to taking receipt of the business prime records and inputting into our digital bookkeeping platform and comply with the making tax digital (MTD) requirements.
