Party of 6 ladies to celebrate 3 of the ladies birthdays.
We had the most excellent experience - from the initial booking to check out. The reception staff couldn’t have been more helpful with my bags of balloons and party goods. Yes the hotel requires a bit of general maintenance but the rooms were spotless and spacious with comfy beds and good quality linen. The restaurant staff were friendly and very attentive and the food was delicious both dinner and breakfast. The hotel also supplied a birthday cake 🎂 which was scrumptious so thank you.
Overall the atmosphere in the hotel was friendly

Party night was fantastic. Food was lovely and staff were excellent could not fault anything apart from the £5 parking charge for their car park.

Went for a murder mystery night and had a really good night, firstly staff very nice and when away for an overnight, for me the 3 main things are cleanliness, v/good, comfortable bed/room, excellent, and food again v/good. Rooms maybe need a little t/c here and there, but if it's clean, comfortable, and decent food, it'll do for me. Drinks are a bit pricey, but you've got a choice, drink there, or somewhere else. Would I stay there again, already planning a return.

Good hotel. Right in middle of main street. Handy for all shops and restaurants. Good breakfast and dinner. Bed was a bit hard for me. Otherwise had a good couple of nights. Forgot to mention, £5.00 car parking charges nightly.

3 star. Centrally located. Friendly staff.
Breakfasts good. Cozy room ok for couple of nights. Tea & coffee with biscuits nice. Not many channels on the TV. Quite noisy. Thumping about above us and could hear conversations.
We booked at the last minute so we only had limited choice of rooms. I think we got a good price. I think this hotel has big market in coach parties as there were groups, shall we say of certain age.
The car park gets full quite early and there is no reservation system. We got in 2/3 of the days so no complaints. Overnight the public car park (6pm to 8am) is free.

Delicious food, the fillet steak was perfectly cooked to my request of rare. Bar staff friendly and very helpful. Lovely historical hotel. Only thing that let it down was the room. Very clean but bright lights from the corridor and from lights outside made it difficult to sleep.

Genuinely friendly helpful staff. Large bedrooms and bathroom. Central in Pitlochry. Back of hotel gives access to mainline Station. Beyond stations pleasant walk to river, dam and fish ladder. For more adventurous miles of hill and river walks. Highly recommend.
