Bought Skoda Octavia: advertised as full service history but actually only first three years. Lots of small untruths exposed during the sales process. Car then turned out to have excessive oil consumption.
They took it back and said they replaced the turbo, although provided no paperwork for this and turbo problems not usual cause of excess oil consumption. Problem persisted - they then tried to say it was perfectly normal with some cars to need to put 500mls oil in every 300 miles!!
Did eventually get a refund but they made me wait six weeks, then only paid half. Took two letters and threat

So....I bought a VW Scirocco from these guys few years back. After some interesting turn of events I have found out from a previous owner that the car has been in an accident and the dealership knew about it. But when asked about some chips in a paint I was assured that it was done by catching small stones. But it turned out to be a bad paintwork that resulted in paint pealing of in the long run.
Be careful when dealing with them. Best take someome with you who knows a bit about the cars before you buy one from these guys.

Brought a Ford Galaxy from these guys on the 21/04/2021 and it was delivered to me on the 22/04/2021.
When they were delivering they told me one of their transport team would deliver, however when they turned up and text me to say they were outside, it was from the same number I had been talking to about purchasing the vehicle.
When they dropped it off they decided to at this point, tell me that it had a tyre pressure sensor warning on. Told me that the tyre pressure was fine and I would just need to take it to a garage to have them delete the message from the dashboard
