Daniel is definitely a working part of the team and is involved in every aspect of the business daily (we can't get rid of him). Daniel has been in the motor trade all of his career, he started out at 16 years of age as an apprentice technician for Kent Police, after qualifying he migrated to the sales department in a main dealer for a known dealer group as a sales executive and then a fleet manager for a further 8 years.

Excellent service from the first call to the last. I needed a service and MOT and with lockdown my stop/start wasn’t working, so I was fully prepared to buy a new battery. On calling, they suggested I bring the car in the day before so they could charge the battery overnight and test it for free! Saving me the cost of a new battery. My car failed… on tyres, but there was no pressure or obligation to buy there and then and I was given all the info I needed to source them elsewhere. The customer service is lightyears ahead of most places these days and definitely a lot friendlier and

I bought a Renault Scenic from DP approximately six years ago. I am still driving that car and really enjoying it. It was prepared beautifully and Daniel was a pleasure to deal with. I had some after sales queries a year or so after purchasing the car which were dealt with swiftly and professionally. I will most certainly recommend this company.

Take my car apart for warranty work admittedly not there usual warranty company they use but I told them the problem but had to have a diagnostic first the receptionist told me they are a common fault on my car and ordered the part before my car went in but didn't get the go ahead from the warranty company but still took my car apart them try and charge me £100 to put it back together i still had to pay near on £40 just to get my car back and the warranty company paid the diagnostic fees

I cannot recommend DP Vehicles enough. Dan and his team have bent over backwards to help me out with a faulty lease vehicle (absolutely nothing to do with them or their service - it’s Ford being useless).
They bought my vehicle off me back in July, organised a new lease and I have since placed another order with them.
Phenomenal service and to be honest, I wouldn’t consider going elsewhere now.

Update since my last review. Two years later and I remain delighted. Recently I had a battery problem with my Freelander -a visit by these guys to my house and the car was taken away and all sorted within the day. I had 4 tyres replaced with a great make and the price was less than a well known 'online' tyre broker's best offer. So pleased. They remain my garage of choice now in the local area. The previous garage was dreadful but Daniel and his team are very professional and helpful. We get our cars serviced there and they drop us off at home. They are good!

Just purchased a vehicle from DP Vehicles and was very impressed with the whole experience. Having worked in the trade for over 15 years (main dealer) it was nice to have a top rated experience from start to finish. Nothing was too much to ask. I have bought the BMW 320D ED from DP vehicles. Clive is really nice, no sales tactics, very honest. The whole purchase was smooth and even after sales he paid me to regas the AC. Very good service and they got very good cars. I recommend DP vehicles where u can trust them and very helpful after sales too. Really rare to see like them in this market.

Always get excellent service from Dan and team. Have fitted my daughter in at short notice many times we are always offered lifts home and always informed of what's going on. Would recommend to anyone. I bought my car from them and was very nervous as I had had a few bad experiences in the past but I would recommend D P vehicles to anyone looking for a car.

I bought a BMW from Daniel at DP Vehicles about 3 years ago. I’ve had no problems at all. anything I didn’t know about the car, he took the time to explain to me in a way they I could understand, he then added the service and MOT center and I’ve always had fantastic, service and found the team to be extremely approachable and knowledgeable.
