Came here for somewhere to get my head down before a night out. Booked in July 2021 and chose the pay on arrival option. Drove from Portsmouth to get here and when I arrived at 1700 in the evening I was told that there was no room for me and that they were fully booked. Leaving me in London with no where to stay. When I asked about my booking I was then told that because I used the pay at property option and because I didn't pay in advance, I didn't garuntee my self a room. None of this would have been a problem but I received a booking confirmation on the morning of my stay to confirm my stay

Very poor service, the hosts are always intoxicated and the reception only starts from midday because they need to recover from partying the night before. Do not have packages delivered or they will loose them, misplace them or even open them. The rooms are nothing like the pictures show, they sell a big double room but instead give you a 3 square meter hole in the wall. Would not recommend.

The staff were nice enough, however the room was the worst I have ever stayed in. No curtains, just a dirty net. The kettle waa on a table nowhere near a plug socket, had to put it on the bed to boil it. No bulb in the lamp. Shower dirty. Peddle bin so dented it no longer peddled. People playing music in the next room at 4am. Music from downstairs at 8.20am. shouting and bottles broken outside in the early hours. Constant road noise. Fridge made a whining noise all night. Do not stay here if you want to sleep

We stayed overnight. To start with, we got 3 single beds instead of a double and single. Coffee sachets, sugar but no milk. I moved a bed after the cleaner had been in and as you can see, old food under the bed. Blood on one of the bed duvets which wasnt to great. Brown old carpets and dull decor. Also it's right next to a rail line which vibrates the beds at night. This place is advertised as a Hotel but I'd say it's more of a conversion of rooms above a pub. A pub with very limited drinks and no atmosphere. The staff were friendly though overall I Cannot bring myself to recommend.
