My name is Mercia Carvalho, I called in today around 11:17am got through to Laura a call centre advisor. I enquire for her to check if she received an email I sent, which she has by putting me on hold.
Laura returns and says she hasn't received anything yet from Revenue therefore regardless of my email she can't update the information. She cuts me off while I'm explaining to her that it can take 10 working days for them to receive the notice from revenue, however I went to my personal account and sent the new tax code. This is a terrible company that charges at a exorbitant rate. My pension has been messed up and money is unaccounted for. When asked the advisor couldn't even work out their own calculations.
I have now approached the FSC to resolve this matter.They assume you are a buffoon and treated mecwith the utmost disrespect. Do not use this company they are as dodgy as hell. Totally avoid them as the tax man may come knocking

Astoundingly incompliant. They have a special anti-customer care department, all of them are trained to piss you off and repeat the mantra we have to do this because HMRC said we do. So setting up your account monthly converts it to weekly and its more expensive to process 1 timesheet than 5. they are not there to help you the are there to make as much money from you as they can...
Do yourselfer a favor avoid them at all costs.

Not great service. It's pot luck getting a decent accountant to look after your small business. Mine was rude and unhelpful. I changed half way through year to a nicer person but by then I'd lost money so too late. They did not do anything to ensure that my account was managed in a way that would be of benefit.

Excellent customer service for both agencies making referral's and locum contractor's using their Umbrella Payroll service. Had great feedback from locum worker's that use their service so would recommend every time. Richard and the team are always professional and attend to every referral with great care and enthusiasm.

I had spent about 6 months as a customer of theirs. They have provided me with exactly none of the services they promised.
Some of what I was promised:
Full account review - I got a screen shot of my HMRC dashboard.
PAYE review - Still waiting.
They would deal with my VAT - Had a letter from HMRC asking why I hadn't submitted my figures.
Self Assessment - Still waiting
They offered me a free month when I complained and promised they would do the above, I had to cancel my direct debit to stop them taking payment when after two months they had still not achieved anything they promised.
