Lextons from the word go, have been incredibly professional, responsive and diligent.
I've never before considered buying a property from auction but from the word go Simon and his team have been on the ball and very professional.
The process of buying this way, was explained fully from viewing the property to having the legal pack read and ultimately attending the auction.
Nothing has been to much trouble for Simon and Lextons from a simple call, email or face to face, i felt very safe and incredibly well looked after.
Ultimately I was unsuccessful in my purchase due to my own financial constraints
