Well I contacted this agency for class 1 work, I was told on the phone they have plenty of work and I have lots of options then I was booked in for a week's work and it was cancelled a few hours before and they couldn't get me work for the rest of the week then booked in for next week and cancelled again I had to keep calling and asking what was going on I was promised a call and they basically never got back to me. I wasn't going to bother writing this review but someone from prorec called me today and asked if I wanted any work. I just can't believe you can put someone out of pocket for two weeks

Out of all the agencies I've worked for, Pro Rec kept the highest level of communication. Got the work to fit my needs. Always looked out for my best interests. Can't recommend them any more.

I have been driving HGV`s & buses for over 30 years and I have worked for just about every agency out there. Some have been OK but most have been a bloody nightmare. Prorec have been excellent. I have never had to chase them for work and my wages have always been paid on time and the amount has always been correct. Only leaving them because my last assignment offered me a full time job. Best agency out there by a country mile. Thank you Adam Bell & Alex.

ProRec is different to many of the agencies I have been working for. ProRec is a very honest and trustworthy agency, they are really flexible. I can book my work through the App and can work for the same company and extend the bookings with them. They always pay on time and I never had any problem with the amount( £) they have paid me. All the members of the staff are very helpful, skilled and very patient. When I need holiday or days off I just need to tell them in advance and they are fine with it. Highly recommended. Thanks a lot for your great work!
