I was going to apply for a position. So gave a call to ask about the various vacancies as there are some on here for mental health in different parts of london . So eager as I was to obtain the information I called , to my surprise I spoke to a member of your staff you immediately cut me off by saying need NHS experience. He never even gave me an opportunity to address my query just cut me off . Would also think for an agency they would hire people with a professional manner and English.
