SMG Financial Services offer expert Mortgage and Protection Advice specifically tailored for each individual client as we have access to a comprehensive range of mortgages from across the market, and a panel of well known insurers. Critical & Serious Illness - Protection in the event of a specified critical or serious illness.
From time to time your rental property may require maintenance. We will then instruct one of our sub-contractors to visit your property to assess the problem. Please be aware that if the issue you report has been caused by you or anybody residing in the property, you will be responsible to cover the cost incurred from the contractor.

We have been renting a house through Montgomery and McCleery estate agents for four years now.
The application process itself was far more straightforward than what we had previously encountered. All of the staff whom we had contact with were all very courteous and very helpful and helped us so much when repairs were needed. Thank you all for your professionalism.

Couldn’t possibly rate this Estate Agent any higher (From the perspective of a tenant).
Right from the get go my partner and I felt very welcome to the agency. Our agent Matthew, was very considerate of our requirements and arranged viewings for us in properties that could not have been more perfectly suited. We were given our own space to view the properties and any questions we had were answered in full. The application process was straightforward and the agency couldn’t possibly have helped any more, the application forms come with all the details you could possibly need. The response time

Excellent estate agent. Repairs generally carried out promptly. High quality apartments. And very helpful: I left my keys inside my place on a Saturday evening, and a member of staff took time out of his personal schedule to let me in. Not only that, but he was extremely courteous, friendly and funny. Unbelievably good customer service. Highly recommended.
