I'd like to take this opportunity to let you know that my role within Bay House Dental Practice is changing. My many years as the practice owner at Bay House have been very rewarding and I would like to thank you for trusting me with your dental care over this time. However, I do believe that the time is now right for me to step down from my position as practice owner.
You will still see me at the practice for your routine appointments and treatment over the next few months, however, my time at the practice will reduce over the rest of this year. I'm pleased to tell you that Dr Imran Nathoo will be taking over ownership of the practice and all the duties that come with it.

At Bay House Dental Practice we pride ourselves in creating a friendly and relaxed atmosphere, while providing the highest quality dental care within a comfortable and modern setting. We understand visiting the dentist can often be a difficult experience. However we always aim to provide the best possible patient experience, even for very nervous patients.
He has many years of providing dental care and provides general dental treatment with a philosophy of patient focused care and quality treatment and an enthusiasm to spur the practice on to greater heights in the future. He compliments his dentistry with a passion for food and writes a very good food blog which led him to the semi-finals of master chef.
Our prices can be found in the list. However these may be subject to change and are only an estimate for treatment that is straightforward depending on the case. Some procedures may be more complicated and take much longer to complete and this may then alter the fee charged. We will always keep you informed if the costs change during your course of treatment.
Bay House Dental Practice offers a monthly payment plan to cover the majority of the costs of your regular and routine Dental Care. It is important that if you join our Denplan Scheme you attend regularly to ensure the highest possible oral health and that any potential problems are noted early, possibly saving you more complicated and costly treatment in the future.

Bay house has been my dentist for years now and it's such a warm and welcoming place. Myself and my family all attend this practice and we have always had amazing dental care from everyone at Bay House. I used to be very worried when I would need to go for a dental appointment but my fears and worries are completely gone thanks to these amazing people at Bay House Dental Practice. Thank you so much for all you do and for your incredible work! If anyone is looking for a dentist that provide quality treatment and has a great family atmosphere then this is the place for you !

After a long and frustrating search for a new dentist, I found Bay House. I immediately felt very well looked-after: it's not just the stringent anti C-19 protocols to ensure staff and patient safety, but the painstaking detail taken over my initial registration visit. I have never had such a meticulous, informative visit at any dentist, in Cardiff or elsewhere. Highly impressive and of course even more highly recommended!

Bay house dental practice is absolutely amazing ! As soon as you walk in all of the reception staff are just super incredible and so welcoming. The dentist I see is Imran Nathoo and he is a great dentist and really knows his stuff! Let's not forget Michelle she is the best hygienists I've ever seen, I feel so lucky to be apart of such a brilliant dental practice !

I would have put 6 stars if I could. I have been going to this practise for many years and always found the staff from when you enter the reception to the time you get into the chair extremely friendly always trying their best. I had a complicated tooth extraction a couple of weeks ago and the consultant who did this had the most impeccable bedside manners I have ever experienced. The extraction was not a pleasure but experiencing her manners was a pleasure. Thank you so much to all of you for your exquisite professionalism..

First time visitor, both reception and dental staff very friendly and professional. A visit to the dentist is rarely something you look forward to, but this place makes it as pleasant as it can be in the circumstances. Made to feel relaxed and given full info in terms of treatment needed and why and the cost of same. Can't ask for fairer than that .

Recently joined the practice with a recurring dental problem, but was welcomed and seen quickly. An efficient referral to the Dental Hospital for further work followed. All staff very friendly and professional; I've been impressed by the service and care, and am returning for a regular check-up soon.

I have been attending this practice for five years. All of the staff are welcoming and professional. I feel like I am in a safe pair a hands and have been so impressed with the standard of work I have had carried out. This is also a fantastic practice to bring children to and my son has been attending since he was a baby.

I’ve been attending Bay House since 2018 after it was recommended to me. The surgery is very welcoming and the staff are friendly. Unlike other dental surgeries I’ve attended in the past I feel that the dentist at Bay House only recommends treatment when it’s actually necessary. Really pleased with the service and the Covid-19 procedures in place are reassuring too. Many thanks!

Was recommended to this practice via a friend. Really impressed by the friendly and professional staff. The lady on reception is excellent, she seems to remember every customer on sight. Had great Covid measures in place and felt very safe.
I had a thorough consultation with Imran the practice owner for a range of work that needed doing. I'm now 80% through my treatment and couldn't be more impressed.
