Purchased a Ford Transit Custom from AutoWheels, amazing service, great van and they extended the warranty for me. When I had an issue with the van I contacted AutoWheels and even though I live over 200 miles away they got the problem resolved!

Where do I start....We bought a what looked to be a very nice vehicle from Auto Wheels, which came with the standard warranty. There were a few issues with the vehicle that were supposedly put right and rectified by Auto Wheels mechanic, but upon first MOT inspection it was brought to our attention that these issues were never rectified and we have been driving around in an unsafe vehicle. Also, their communication skills leave a lot to be desired. They are very quick to take your hard earned money but very slow to keep their promises.

Billy and the staff at Autowheels helped to make our dreams come true! We bought a stunning VW Campervan from them. Faultless transaction and they could not have been more helpful if they tried. Bought a pick up from these guys yesterday, So impressed with the service I received, rang on Thursday asking about the vehicle, ended up going to look at it at 6:30pm that night then went back to collect yesterday (sunday) very nice and easy guys to deal with cant fault them at all. Bought our car from here recently, absolutely brilliant service from Billy. We had a problem with the car and considering we lived 120 miles away we had fantastic support. The car was fixed with no quibbles, excellent communication between sales, mechanic and ourselves. Would definitely recommend and would definitely buy from here again.
