Herefordshire is the most beautiful county, flanked by the Malvern Hills to the east, the Brecon Beacons to the west and the Black Mountains to the south. The rolling and diverse countryside make a stunning backdrop to life here. The population is approximately 183,500 and is growing, however the population density is 84 people per km2 which is very low.
As a local business, we thrive on the excellent reputation we have created and the majority of our business comes via recommendations from past clients. After every property sells or lets, we contact buyers / tenants as well as sellers / landlords to check on the quality of service. Plus we make spot checks whilst we are marketing properties to ensure our teams keep doing what we know works well.
Once you make a decision to put a property on the market, how do you know how to price it accurately? We have these five suggestions. You need to be realistic when you price your property - the memories that make the house so valuable to you aren't shared by the buyer. More likely, they are thinking about what they will change about the house!
The main house has four double bedrooms, four bathrooms three of which are en-suite, four reception rooms. The land offers breathtaking view. This beautiful country residence has been refurbished by the current owners from the roof to the flooring and is a wonderful country estate, with detached holiday let (currently being renovated and will be finished to the same high standard as the main house).

From them being 15-30 mins late on most occasions they set times to meet us . To their employees verging on the wrong side of rudeness in most dealings with them. Not a very good office to use because even when issues were raised, there was a collective apathy to the issues from.other staff , but on the plus side our property owner was lovely and one or two staff are wasted working with them as they should be working for better companies

I don't usually write public reviews but my recent experience with Cobb Amos in Hereford was simply outstanding. We contacted Cobb Amos because we had been struggling with other agencies' bureaucratic approach. Hannah took our enquiry and it was quickly obvious that Cobb Amos puts its clients first, treating them as individuals with differing needs; from that moment on we had a sense that Cobb Amos did things properly and the rest was simply plain sailing. My partner and I were in a really difficult situation after being let down by another letting agent in the Hereford area. After one short telephone conversation, Hannah had put my mind at ease that she genuinely wanted to help us. Her communication throughout our experience was second to none and within a very short timeframe we had the keys to our new rental property with no issues whatsoever.

We have just purchased a house through Cobb Amos Hereford. Katie was an exceptional sales person, knowing we could not travel easily to see the house, she did an online viewing for us. She was extremely helpful and professional throughout the purchase and a joy to deal with. When we arrived at the property to move in, the owner had locked the door with a key inside and we could not access the property. Alex went out of his way to help us out, liaising with the vendor and finding a solution and we were very appreciative. Our only gripe was that sometimes it was difficult to get hold of the office

Over the last 4 years we have sold three properties through Cobb Amos, for my elderly Mother and for ourselves. We have all been impressed with the professional care we have received.
