I initially chose this agent because they have really good knowledge of the local areas. We agreed a price which was very competitive and that didn’t change although there was quite a lot of work involved with the sale. Steven or one of the lovely ladies from the office phoned me weekly to give updates of the viewing and then the subsequent sale. I would definitely use Watkins Thomas again and would have no hesitation in recommending.
