We are purchasing a property in Wellington and needed to have a survey carried out. Tempertons did an excellent and very thorough job for us. They were extremely professional, helpful, prompt and highly knowledgeable. We are not from this area of the country and so we were very pleased that the survey covered all aspects in detail for us and all of our questions were answered.

We viewed a total of four properties a few months ago that were listed with Tempertons, and on three occasions Nick showed us around the properties. He was very friendly and seemed to have a good rapport with the seller, however he had no sales skills when it came to selling the property and didn't have much to say about them other than the hard facts, this made it hard to develop a real interest in the properties we viewed.

Mixed service from them. Excellent in terms of "move in" etc, but as a tenant in one of their properties I was left with a bitter taste in my mouth. Had to deal with Bailliffs from the last 2 sets of tenants, I let them know, but they never even responded, and then the usual issues getting the deposit back afterwards. Maureen always helpful, but underwhelmed otherwise.
