The prospect of having to sell our late father's home was daunting, however having previously used the services of Foden Property to sell my own home, they were our first choice to assist us during what was an emotional and difficult process.
From start to finish, Jenny was AMAZING!!! Her professional, friendly, sensitive and supportive manner helped us through a long and difficult sale and we can't thank her enough for guiding us through this and helping us achieve an excellent price for the property.

My property agent was Lynsey Hutchison who dealt with me all the way through the process and had been very helpful at the same time providing excellent service. Even though I had a small issue but she made sure that it gets solved. She has gone above and beyond, significantly, to ensure a speedy completion to meet my requirements. We purchased a property through Foden and I honestly cannot fault them. Super impressed. Jenny was informative, friendly and helpful and kept us up to date of all and any developments. The service was absolutely second to none and my only regret is that I hadn't opted to sell through Foden myself, as I'm sure the process would have completed far sooner than it did. I would not hesitate to recommend them, and would most definitely use them myself in the future over any other estate agent.
